Behind The Project
“This site was a long time in the making. I had written the articles at the request of my local paper, and they had been serially publishing them for several months when the current pandemic began. Believing they needed the pages for health and stress–reduction concerns, like recipes and pet photos, the editors put the series on hold even though many science points in the articles related directly to helping parents and teachers more effectively manage the new circumstances that they faced. This prompted creating a website for the articles.
I approached Chris at WSO.host, with whom I had worked for many years on other projects (e.g., behaviorology.org), about creating the BehaviorInfo.com website. Although the articles were already created, a web–based approach to making them publicly accessible was needed. Chris took the time to fully understand the project and brought forward high–level ideas about how best to utilize the material. His decades of web project management, web design, SEO knowledge, and hosting combined for a successful project that exceeded my expectations.”
